Imagination and reality coexist like life and death; they are each another’s form. The pure act of creating a specimen takes anywhere from five minutes to a month. I think it was around first or second grade when I got a dried seahorse, which I really loved. I started making specimens around my third year of university, by chance. Since I was young, I’ve enjoyed reading animal encyclopedias and placing figurines around the house. Now, they have merged.
