CHAO Printmaking Studio is located inside CHAO Art Center, in the center of Sanlitun district of Beijing. With 300m2 of studio facilities and a team of professional technicians, it has the capacity to produce a wide variety of printmaking methods, including: etching, silkscreen, lithograph, mimeograph, woodblock printing, paper making and comprehensive print.
CHAO Printmaking Studio has established cooperation with many professional printmaking organizations around the world, and invites outstanding artists from around the world for residency every year. Artists participating in the residency program will complete their original works through different printmaking techniques during the residency period, and will have the opportunity to participate in CHAO's exhibition program and art collection promotion program.

Participants can create their own personal prints, and the technical teachers of the studio will introduce the works of the artists in the showroom to the participants to popularize more knowledge about printmaking.
