Artist

Luo Yini

Luo Yini graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2017, and currently lives and works in Beijing. Her work explores the concept of the matrix through diverse media and forms, including printmaking, glass casting, and installations using natural materials. Luo Yini earned her MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and her BFA from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in China. Her works have been exhibited in both China and the United States, and she has received multiple awards, including the West Bay Foundation Travel Grant and the Graduate Fellowship from the Rhode Island School of Design. Her works are held in the collections of art institutions such as the Jinling Art Museum in China and the CHAO Art Center, as well as in numerous private collections.

PRINT 100

“Printmaking 100” is one of the art programs launched by CHAO Printmaking Studio for emerging artists starting from 2020. Through collaboration, it brings the inspirations of more young art creators vividly to life on paper. The aim of this project is to integrate printmaking with contemporary art, offering young artists an outlet to express their unique artistic language, while providing them with resources and boundless opportunities for growth.
