Florencia de Palleja

Born in 1996 in Rivera, Uruguay, [Artist Name] is a visual artist and educator with a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design from the University of the Republic (UdelaR), Uruguay. From 2020 to 2023, they taught painting techniques at the Taller de la Buena Memoria. In 2024, they established a personal studio in Maldonado, continuing their teaching practice. Their artistic work focuses on themes of identity, nature, and memory, employing large-scale painting, printmaking, and installation. Their works have been exhibited in China, Costa Rica, Paraguay, and the United States.

PRINT 100

“Printmaking 100” is one of the art programs launched by CHAO Printmaking Studio for emerging artists starting from 2020. Through collaboration, it brings the inspirations of more young art creators vividly to life on paper. The aim of this project is to integrate printmaking with contemporary art, offering young artists an outlet to express their unique artistic language, while providing them with resources and boundless opportunities for growth.
